Drafting & Landscape Designs [commissioned for you]

No services performed at this time, thank you.

Note… First we talk and get a plan.  Payment is not done on website.

I am NOT an architect, nor do I have any certifications to stamp or “qualify-anything.”

I did graduate from Phoenix Institute of Technologies-Architectural Drafting and Design and have drawn designs for many contractors and in different States, where actual work is done referring to and based only on my drawings.

General Drafting;

Done old-school; by hand on a drafting table/tools, and coffee.

Landscape & Sprinkler Designs;

Done old-school; by hand on a drafting table/tools, and coffee.

Some of what I have done:

Complete projects consisting of; 1 to 6 pages of scaled designs that included a variation of; down-views/perspective drawings in black and white and/or color, plant/material list, and all the quantities. On some projects; plants were listed in both common and Platonical names, some “detailed-drawings-blown-up” of specific info, and paragraphs of hand-lettering describing how some more complicated constructions where to be built onsite. These designs consisted of both commercial and residential, landscape and sprinkler designs. Ranging from a small backyard patio to a many acers project.

Interested?…

Use (Contact Us) to share your thoughts. If it’s something I can do, and do in your time frame, I will ask as many questions as it takes to “get-ahold” of your vision and come up with an estimate. At the time when we both agree on terms of engagement, all the time frames, costs, procedures will be all worked out. And the fun stat.

Note:

  1. If considering my service as a Draftsman; I will need 25% down.  If your project is close to studio I will be able to come and get onsite measurements.  If your location is too far from studio, we will have to discuss options.
  2. I will take scans/photos of my work and file copyright as; “original-creator”, and I will maintain the right to “display” images in any/all portfolios of mine. I will pass on to you “all-other-rights” to do whatever you want with your image. If you are concerned about this, please contact me… All is good, the image is yours. (I will just go down in history as the guy who “made it”, and displays it in his portfolios…that’s all. You, however, hold all rights to do whatever you want with it). For example, when I display your image in my portfolios, I will watermark it with something like SOLD-SAMPLE-ONLY. And you get to “own-it” for your branding purposes.
