The image, named “Vortex-1,” is from a mural the artisan painted for his wife in the Hood Canal area. He created it with acrylic paints, using both airbrush and hand brushes, … and some love.
When we first met, Beth was on the West coast and I was on the East coast. We each sent a greeting card to on another… It was the “Same” card, without any conversation prior to mailing. Also, we wrote each other a quote in the cards, yes the “Same” quote. The cards passed each other somewhere in mailing system, and we received them about the same time…. a true story, and the idea for creating this mural.
